Probation/Training Period - 6 Months

Salary

• Probation Period - Rs. 7000 Per Month
• Post Probation - Rs. 12,000 Per Month – Rs. 15,000 Per Month (After Probation Period, depending on the candidate performance in probation period)
• Post probation one should be eligible for incentives.

BOND - 2 Year (Candidates needs to sign a service agreement ) No Upfront Payment, No Original Documents to be submitted.

Interview Process - 4th of April 2014.

• Technical (Face to Face – Basic questions regarding C, C , Java, understanding of Bidding portals)
• HR (face to face rounds)

Job Description

• Generating sales from online bidding portals like Guru, Elance & oDesk
• Achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Bidding accurately and targeting high revenue with less bids

Skills Required

• The candidate needs to have good communication skills – Strong English communication, MS office, & computer Savvy.
• Understanding of web technologies.
• Understanding of Elance.com, guru.com, freelance.com.

Any other Requirements/Secifications

• Candidates needs to have some knowledge about bidding process.
• Candidates should have a good understanding about computer programming languages like PHP, CSS, Java, C, C
• The candidates should be good in English
