Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Creating a company database.

- Handle customer queries and explain “The Mentoria Solution” to them

- Empathise with the client,  understand the immense pressure and confusion they go through while choosing a career

- Advise students/ parents in selecting a career that will keep the students happy, productive and successful through structured Mentor calls

- Contributing to product advancements, based on insights from the market

- Handle queries to generate Sales Revenue

- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve sales target.

- Experience in Telesales and telemarketing will be an added advantage.
