GROWCONTROLS is a research based Power Electronics organization, established in the year 1993. Our main focus is in design and development of Power Electronics solutions for Defense Sector.
GROWCONTROLS is headed by Power Electronics Engineer with more than two decades research experience in development of specialized power supply solutions. Being research based organization; we have more than 30 engineers to undertake Design and Development activities. Our total workforce is more than 100 employees.
Having expertise and experience in our core areas, we have successfully developed mission critical systems for Army, Air Force, Navy, Defense Research Labs and Defense Production units.
With our experienced engineers and good infrastructure we develop solutions and systems from concept to product level.

Profile Offered: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad(Nacharam)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S in Management, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Engineering, B.A in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Energy, Mechanical.

Desired Experience: 0 - 5 years

Roles and Responsibilites:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
