The platform will implement AI algorithms to assess a candidate's interests and skills to match them to the right employers. The go to market strategy is to connect with placement teams across all colleges for faster penetration into the student body. At the same time, we are able to affect change at the academic level.

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute lead generation strategies through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
•Conduct research to identify sources of potential prospects.
•Screen and qualify potential prospects to establish a fit.
•Explain & pitch GetWork core value proposition to the potential clients.
•Articulate the offerings in an efficient way and identify qualified leads.
Skill Set Required:
•Willing to reach out to prospects via social channels, telephone, and email.
•Must be passionate about being a part of an early growth company, proactive, and ready to take new initiatives.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Comfortable with data gathering and analysis
