Salary - Rs 2.4 Lacs per annum Lucrative Incentives that can take your salary to more than 3.5 Lacs per annum or higher.
Probation Period - 6 Months Probation period. Training will be for about a week and most of it will be OJT.

- Face to Face Round - Primarily to judge candidates on their Communication skills, response to problems, how to work and deliver in corporate world and computer proficiency.

- Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an
- Optimal sales pipeline.
- Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at
- Targeted firms by calling and visiting the customers
- Use your existing contacts to reach out to the corporates for promotion of Concierge services.
- Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure
- Total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship
- Support Business Development activities in client relationship management, farming activity in the accounts across all markets.
- Prepare value proposition for Company services to the client based on the client situation, its business requirements and proposed solution.
- Develop collaterals, presentations and case studies for company services.
- Formulate response to various client opportunities, RFP, RFQ and RFI.
- Build and implement strategies to create right noise and position company’s all the services in their respective niche markets.
- Working with CEO to create and implement unique marketing strategies
- Ownership of entire marketing collaterals, marketing documents, case studies, campaigns, contact discovery and market research.
- Understand the market needs & formulate effective strategies in association with the strategic partners.

- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, should be presentable, and should have good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Communication Skills MUST be world class and MUST know how to behave and work in corporate world.
