Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Coordinate with Sales/Marketing team for generating sales with existing customers and
developing opportunities with new customers.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties.
-Leading a team of inside sales executive & regularly taking follow-up with the team for
Lead Generation, Hunting New Accounts.
- Understand customer needs/ requirements and educate them accordingly.
- Ability to arrange 10 to 20 meetings in a month & make it into conversion
- Give the presentation to the clients about the projects & resolve their queries on same
- Good communication skills with positive outlook.
- Good Convincing and Negotiating power.
- Good into presentation skills, Good Looking & Pleasing Personality.
- Effective Client co-ordination
