Salary Range: INR 2.40 LPA to INR 3 LPA + Incentive
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communiocated post registration window is closed.

Job Descriptions:

- Identify potential prospects through analysis of data available across different websites and conduct Marketing and brand building initiatives
- Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment
- Prepare & present periodic business reviews to the management
- Make cold calls for new business leads, Keep prospective client database updated
- Responsible for Generating Business for our Exclusive Business Services
- Developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets.
- Identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share
- Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
- Accountability of Sales, rigorous approach and weekly review
- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities
- Development of new clients & extend relations with existing clients
- Handle escalations and improve customer experience
- Developing and working on analytics driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
- Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behaviour, market demands and competition to the marketing team

Skill Set Required:

- Ability to market and open new client base
- Market expansion
- Strong selling skills
- Lead generation / leverage social media & cold calling
- Sound knowledge of B2B Sales
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Command in Complete M.S Office
