Designation: Business Development Executive (Calling & Bidding Profile)

Desired experience - 6months to 1 year.

Salary Details - Rs 1.5 to 3L Fixed Variable Incentives (Depending on candidature)

Probation Period - 3 months.

Tentative date of Interview - Will be communicated post registration process is over.

Job Responsibilities (Calling Profile):

• Responsible for Lead Generation/ Convert warm leads in an effective & efficient Manner.
• Interested to work in US Shift Timings
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to expanding business and extracting clients from the market
• Assist in creation of sales presentation as and when it is required and preparing documents for the clients for pitching them. 
• Must have good Marketing skills, good communication skills, Expert in Social Media

Job Responsibilities (Bidding Profile):

• .Candidate should have work experience in bidding on portals like Guru, Elance, Odesk, etc, understanding the project requirement and procure business from similar online sites
• Experience in preparing the business proposal (RFP/RFQ).
• To look into new Project acquisition through proposals and communicating with clients, building client database and continued tracking
• Assist in creation of sales presentation as and when it is required and preparing documents for the clients for pitching them

Other Specifications (common for Both Profiles):

• This profile requires working in Night shift and making calls to the North American geography.
• Night shift timings may vary and change as per the focus towards any particular time zone for the specific duration.
• Dinner (Major meal) will be provided once during the shift.
• Pick and drop facility will be provided within Gurgaon and 10-15 KM radius from the office.
• Leads will be provided and Initial training will be given to you if needed. Mock calls / product specific etc.
• Day / Weekly / Monthly activities and plan will be shared when you are on the job.
• Making calls to the leads, creating funnel, bringing them to next level of communication with the management is part of these profiles.
• Candidate with strong aptitude, high energy and enthusiasm.
• Generating leads, prospects conversion will also be coached during your tenure with us..

• Written Test (ENGLISH TEST)
• Face to face Rounds of Interview
