Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Shopnix is a SaaS platform that enables merchants to create and run their own online store. We have enabled merchants sell over 3 crores in GMV and are adding new merchants every month!
- We are now looking at sales wizards to join our journey in helping retailers across the world go online
What we need:
- Excellent English/Regional language communication skills (spoken)
- Street smart and extrovert
- Working Knowledge of computers and internet
- Self driven, ambitious and a go-getter
- Prior experience in selling SaaS, Internet products, apps, services to businesses is good to have
What does candidate need to do:
- Connect to merchants who sign up on the Shopnix platform over phone, chat, webinars and in person
- Establish a relationship with them and helping them understand the value of going online
-Help them pick a plan, subscribe to the platform and setup their online store
- Be the single point of contact for all customer needs
- Help the merchant be successful with his online store
