About The Company:
ShaadiSaga is India’s largest growing all-in-one wedding planning platform that aims to simplify the wedding planning process in India by leveraging technology. From hiring wedding services to providing the latest trends and planning tips, we make wedding planning fun and hassle-free for the couples/brides-to-be. We have 7000 vendors on board across 10 categories of services in 15 major cities across India. Founded by two IIT Delhi graduates, ShaadiSaga is a vision to tap the huge market of weddings in India and ease the overall dynamics of wedding planning.

Job Location: Delhi

Desired Experience: 0-1 Year

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Probation/Training Period: 3 months

Target Batch: 2018/2019

Salary: INR 3 LPA to INR 4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Job Description:
- Generating Lead from the prospect vendor
- Building a relationship with new and existing vendors and upsell to existing vendors
- Selling subscription packages to the vendors.
- Works on the revenue stream via listings
- Creates & implements business strategies tailored according to category and city specific behaviour

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, Professional, energetic with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and Convincing skills
- Prior sales experience (preferred 1-2 year)
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Proficient in relationship building
- Able to work comfortably in a dynamic work environment
- Results-driven approach
- Effectively lead a team for the execution of the set plan
