Roles and Responsibilities:
Vendor Supplier Support - Handle communication with vendors, ensuring completion of relevant documents/vendor agreements, coordinating content and product orders.
Client Support: Help execute orders, attend to customer queries, requests and coordinate deliveries.
Admin Support: Support the team in daily administrative tasks, needful research and managing information, data and records.
Social Media and Sales Support: Support in responding to social media correspondence and phone / what's app queries.
Logistics Support: Assisting with order packaging, dispatches, order tracking and deliveries.
