Job Description:
Business Development Executive is one who is responsible for generating revenue for 10xBiz by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts, close deals

Responsibilities deliverable:
- Data Sourcing and Management Deliverable
- Sales Meetings
- Sales Proposals
- Sales Conversion

Tasks & Activities:

1.Data Sourcing and Management:

Sourcing accurate Contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline network of the decision maker of companies of companies about their organization Maintaining data base on the internal templates of the organization

2.Sales Meetings:
Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client Having effective sales meetings in order to:
- Understand the pain points in the client Businesses by asking questions.
- Position 10xBiz as the best choice for the client by giving appropriate case studies.
- Generate the requirements from the client Businesses.

3.Sales Proposals:
- Create presentations based on the client requirements
- Co-ordinate with the operations team (Business analyst) to generate proposals

4.Sales Conversion:
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

5.Client Co-ordination:
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of Project

Measurement Metrics:
- Number of meetings per week & per month
- Number of accounts converted per month
- Revenue generated per month
