-Working in Business Development you will be involved in pitching and presenting at boardroom level. This could include presentations to business heads and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
-Business Development involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
-A Business Developer will work on sales follow-up activities.
-Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business, is a key role within Business Development
-A Business Developer usually works as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization.
-Experience leading teams with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring, and demonstrated success developing sales teams and hitting targets.
-Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail. Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment and working to targets.
-Ability to leverage account management, relationship building and planning to increase business growth from existing sources.
-Ability to think strategically and ability to make changes to meet strategic needs within your market.
-Candidate with Good Customer Service and Technical Sales skills would be preferred.
