Salary Details: INR 1 LPA - INR 3.6 LPA (If fresher's, we will provide stipend in training period, after 1 month training, we will provide employment and another variable)

Job Description: 

Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.

Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.

Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates.

Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.

Negotiate The rates with the Clients and Candidates.

Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.

Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.

Orient The Candidates on Interview process and Closure.

Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition.

Involved in Vendor contract signing and client Relationship management and generate Leads/ Prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.

Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts .

Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.

Get involved in complete Sales/BD.

Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation.

Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.

Strong Communication skills, smart body language.

Knowledge of Lead Generation & responsible for closures.

Client Interaction, Skype chat and call, emailing and understand some technical points.

Co-ordination with Business Dev. Team and Project Managers.

Candidate should have bidding exp. on Guru, Odesk, Elance, Freelance etc.

Perfect knowledge in Internet, Ms-Office and ready for learn any skills.

Skills Required: 

Lead generation, International Marketing, Marketing, Administrator, HR.

Good English Communication and experience for dealing with US/UK/AUS Clients.

Good English Writing Skills.

Strong team player and a positive attitude.

Interview Process: Screening face to face round, Management skills and Communication skills round.
