Job Profile: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Bangalore

Course Specialization: B.E. / B. TECH / MBA

Batch: 2016-2017

Salary:  INR 1.8 LPA – 2.4 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the

Interview and will be at the company’s discretion) 

Probation/Training Period: 6 Months 

Bond: 45 Days

Date of Joining: Immediate.

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

- Responsible for lead and generation.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, barge-ins, emails and inbound lead follow up.
- Strategically approach target companies, CXOs for IT development services.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients
- Formulating strategies for bringing in business and generating reports
- Maintaining effective communication and working relationships with clients and projects team.
- Ensure High level of client satisfaction during delivery
- Actively involved in end to end IT solutions sales meeting revenue targets
- Achieve annual business income targets as established during the budgeting process.
- Strong communications skill

Skills Set Required:
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisation
