Job Description:

-New Merchant Tie Ups

-Getting them listed on Site

-Managing the Merchant self-upload process

-Responsible for the Revenue of the Merchants

-Negotiations with Merchant & brands for highest margins

-Responsible for Merchant Target

-Responsible for Contribution to Margin

-Coordinating with Merchant for listing more products

-Building long and mutually benefitting relationship with Merchants.

-Gather competition knowledge and design ground level strategize.

-You should hhave your own conveyance

-Ensuring round the clock availability of products

-Keep the GroupNPay image Brand high

-Knowledge of Ethnic Products of the Region

-Visit and create deal with credible Merchants for Ethnic Products

-Retain the Ethnic Product clients for multiple deals

Skills Required:

-Excellent Oral and Written Communication

-Extensive knowledge in online Retail Marketing

-Experience in eCommerce / Retail Application

-Conversant with Computers/Laptop/Mobile Applications

-Social Media skills like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest,Google+ etc

-Assertive Relationship Management within Team/ Merchants/ Members
