We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee who can build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Duties and responsibilities:
-Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
-Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
-Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skill Set Required:
-Should be dedicated and honest towards the Job. There is no shortcut to success.
-Should have a learning attitude. A person who knows everything will not fit the role.
-Should be a team player. You cannot win a relay race all by yourself.
-Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point.
-Should be able to speak and understand English (Mandatory), Hindi and Bengali (preferable). Language is not a measure of intelligence, but we still need it to communicate our words.
-Good networking Skill.
