Job Description:
-HandlingBusiness Development and client networking.
-Understanding Sector, market Research for identifying companies for Business Development and client anchoring.
-Should have excellent Interpersonal skills and convincing power.
-Good Communication Skill (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
-Coordinating with Team Members into Execution of client projects.
-Keeping track of Industry movements and changes which affect our sectorbusiness.
-Growing existingbusiness to next level with client and team expansion.
-Understanding the company, industry & job specification of client
-Lead identification, generation and conversion into Key Accounts.
-Meeting clients, finalizing Terms and Conditions, Agreements.
-Creating anddeveloping a defined client base in the targeted business
-Exploring and monitoring market trends to identify profitablebusiness opportunities and developing new clients. Analyzing our current approach and competitor practices to decide the strategy for future business growth
-Developingand implementing B2B sales strategy, market mapping and analytics of the market, direct customer engagements.
-Acquiring newbusiness and clients
-Effective time management to align sales efforts with sales targets
-Participate in client interactions for knowledge transfer, updates, review meetings
-Leading direct customer engagements to reach established targets
-Excellent knowledge of the sales process
-Strong, proven experience of new business development within a complex environment, ideally within an enterprise IT/Technology environment
-Ability to work flexibly and have a positive approach to change
-Ability to cope with conflicting demands and pressures
-Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment

-Experience in IT field
