1. Candidates having experience in generating business through online bidding on various portal like - freelancer, Elance, Guru, o-desk, etc & other portals will be given high priority.
2. Good communication skill (written and verbal)
3. Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
4. Should Communicating with international clients on phone, email, skype etc
5. Proposal writing, follow up, requirement gathering, link between the development team & client.
6. Good knowledge of IT domain, latest technologies & market trends.
7. Good understanding of Web and Application development technologies
8.Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
9. Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
10. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
11. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards weekly and monthly
* 1-3 years telemarketing /cold calling and/or inside sales experience.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales
* A proven track record of strong client relationships.
* Excellent client service skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, and individual research.
-A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
* Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
* Experience with CRM Software preferred.(sales force)
