-Good knowledge in getting projects from GURU,Elance and ODesk
-To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and thereby promote sales and marketing
-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
-Follow up on customer enquiry and leads generated
-Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance.
-Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis with development team
-Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.
-Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.
-Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads
