Job Description:

Roles&Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their concerns and requirements
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5. Carryout POC and demo in co-ordination with support team.
6. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
7. Contribute in developing a compelling solution and competitive pricing through the various stages of the opportunity
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with sales consultant to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
11. Gather market intelligence and be aware of competitor's products, features and pricing
12. Build long term relationship with new and existing customers
13. Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Business Plans

Skills Required:

1. Candidate MUST belong to IT Sales only & have previously worked on Backup/ Cybersecurity/ Asset Management/ Network monitoring solutions. Candidates in Technical background or Pre-sales background are also eligible
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, knowledge of MS Office, understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
3. Fast learner and passion for sales, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
