-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
-Keep records of sales and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
-Establish connection and communicate with the leads (a) by email (b) Phone in order to qualify the leads.
-Once qualified, transfer the lead to US office for sales pitch and follow up. Coordinate with US office for follow ups with the qualified leads.
-Identify and connect prospective customers / decision makers on Linked in.
-Establish communication by Linked in email / messages to qualify the leads.
-Post company introduction / links on sites like Quora
-Send out emails and handle queries / responses.
Skill Set Required:
-Can work in US timings
-Proven working experience as a business development manager
-Proven sales track record
-Proficiency in English and excellent communication and people skills
-Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations
-Experience in customer support
-Excellent time management and planning skills
-Should be comfortable with Web Development process and can do basic requirement analysis.
-Has excellent oral communication skills in US English. Candidates who have worked in International Call centers will be preferred.
-Has excellent written communication skills.
