Job Description:

- Business Development of Web designing, Web Development, e-commerce, Digital marketing projects, online promotional Services & dedicated resource.

- Business Development management with small, medium and large customers worldwide, with more focus on medium and large customers in developed countries.

- Independently gathering requirement and liasoning with operations team to ensure client loyalty & retention.

- Lead Management, Conversion of leads into sales.

- Cross Sell & Up Sell.

- Handling skype chats, emails, voice calls, project management tools & other client preferred communication methods.

- Proposal writing/Bidding & project management on portals like elance, upwork, Guru & other.

- To ensure full availability and performance 24/7.

- Provide help to colleagues including technical help.

- Ensuring Target achievement.

- Record performance and increase overall productivity.

- Ensuring desired improvement in revenue everyday, every week and every month.

Skill Set Required:

- Should have very strong closing skills.

- Should have a technical background (IT Industry)

- Should be able to deliver high standard of service for International Clients & Domestic Clients.

- Experience of at least 2 years in Business Development in same field is must.

- Should be a winner & willing to join for long term.

- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal both.
