Job Description and Skill Set Required :

- Generate business through freelancing portals
- Identifying & acquiring new prospects in international market using various sources
- Placing cold calls & follow up.
- Drafting business documents.
- Manage the end to end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, negotiation and deal signing.
- Lead generation, prospecting, market study, target geographic locations in order to make pipeline.
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills.
- A go-getter attitude and must have proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue target.
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales target.
