- Handling the Overall Lead Generation and Business development.
- Working on lead, discussing on leads with BD team for suitable action.
- Aligning Client Communication and Reporting the Progress to Authorized Persons.
- Work with management to develop and implement business development strategy.
- Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates with management
- Contacting potential clients via email or Skype to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Preparing proposal and quotations.
- Coordinating between the Client and Project Team/BD Head as and when needed.
- Maintaining a Record of all the Leads in Excel and Daily reporting of Progress to Authorities.
- Have good experience in Portals like Elance, Upwork, Odesk, Guru etc.
- Fluent in English Communication, able to bid online.
- Able to Bring Business from Global Platforms and Communicate to foreign Clients.
- Active and Enthusiastic Work Approach.
- Familiar with Areas like Web Development, Web Design and Mobile App development.
- Able to Manage Risk, Contingencies and Work under pressure.
- Effective in Team Coordination.
