- Following up new business opportunities,
- Should possess good communication skills both oral and written skills
- Should be good in MS Office skills
- Excellent command over English, Hindi Languages.
- Should possess good understanding of the platform, environment under which the product runs
- Should possess good negotiation and selling skills
- Should be able to prepare quotes, invoices etc.
- Should follow up for payments with the customers, and perform customer relationship management
- Handling Sales enquiry through phone, chat & email.
- Find prospective customers and generating new leads (B2B) through Internet or any other medias.
- Solve Client Technical Query i.e.; IVR, toll free, Software Maintenances
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
