Probation/Training Period - 3 to 6 months.

Salary Details

• Rs. 2.6 LPA - 3.0 LPA CTC will be divided as Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (Depending upon the performance in interview & Experience).
• An additional Rs. 24,000 fixed loyalty bonus after completing 1 year service.

Bond(if any) - 1 year(Non financial)

Interview Process - Date of interview is 25th and 26th March 2014.

• Written test - Behavioral
• First round of interview
• Background Verification and Reference Check
• If the first round is cleared then Second Round on the prescribed date as communicated.

Job profile/Responsibilities/Skill set.

Your Tasks:

• Create database or client list from various sources and make cold calls or pitch min. 20-25 calls per day.
• Generate quality leads that result in sales.
• Send E-mailers.
• Schedule meetings with the new clients minimum 4-8 meetings per week and take the requirement ( Briefs).
• Maintain the Database and always keep it updated.
• Based on the brief - with the guidance of head make the proposals.
• Should meet the client again and present the proposal.
• Follow up with clients for the closures of the leads generated.
• Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Marketing Brand \\\\\\\"Calypso\\\\\\\".
• Client Mapping.
• Creating concepts to sell to key accounts.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint.
• Able to handle sales team.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills-Verbal & written.
• Excellent team player with ability to own deliverables/projects from beginning to end with little direct supervision.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint.
• Full of Positive Energy, Aggressive, Determined.
• Willing to stay for a long time.
• Willing to travel within Bangalore when required.
