About the Company:
AVP IT Solutions is an Australian based digital solutions company that has been working with a wide array of Business in different verticals over the years and providing  IT solutions that work and address the business needs.


Desired Experience:  1 - 2 years

Salary: INR 2.4 LPA Commission

Tentative date of Interview: will be communicated post registration window

Job Description:
-Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs for our services in Australian Market.
-Fixing up the meeting with clients and forwarding to the sales team in Australia.
-Creating Business Prospects.
-Converting the current database into qualified Leads
-Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
-Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
-Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology;
-Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets;
-Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
-Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
-Generating Leads by creating need for our services in Australian Market.
-Fixing up the meeting with clients and forwarding to the sales team in Australia.
-Creating Business Prospects.
-Obtaining client information by making enhanced outbound calls.
-Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements & Verifying information.
-Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.
-Converting the current database into qualified Leads.
-Generating new database from various sources such as LinkedIn and other portals
-Achieving targets by acquiring new clients & growing business from existing clients.
-Rigorous Follow ups with clients on regular basis and putting them on Sales conversion list.
-Drafting Business Proposals.

Skill Set Required:  
-Experience in sales and marketing of services of the company like website development, software development and mobile application development.
-Experience in cold calling / email marketing and potential leads generation.
-Experience in internet based research via search engines and networking sites.
-Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income.
-Should have an excellent track record of achieving deadlines on time and ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Graduate with minimum  1 year  Exp with Sales/Business Development
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Ability to work with team & independently under pressure.
- Ready to take challenges & should be comfortable with voice profile.
