Planet Spark is an education Startup based out of Gurgaon co-founded by XLRI graduates with a vision to disrupt the education industry through powerful and highly engaging after school learning programs for pre-teen kids delivered by qualified homemakers and teachers from their homes. The company has 500+ teachers live in various sectors across Gurgaon and is in a hockey stick Growth phase.
Planet Spark is a scientifically designed Math program, exclusively for pre-teens kids and aligned with the school curriculum. The program is based on our proprietary STEPS Methodology (Spark Think Explain Practice Share) that ensures a very strong foundation for conceptual understanding. It has been designed by educationists from XLRI Jamshedpur and draws its inspiration from child cognitive psychology, and learning pedagogy and presents it in an engaging gamified way to make students fall in love with academics!

Job Description :
- Responsible for growing business of the company achieving a target of 1Lac in a month.
- Handling and managing outside sales(canopy sales,sales events,meeting parents,coordinate with RWAs for marketing and branding activities) and inside sales(approaching parents on calls and sell Planet Spark application subscription to them on call,taking end number of calls in a day)
- Working on planning to Get more students enrolled with these teacher partners to increase the revenue of the company.
- Responsible for growing teacher accounts.
- Ok to work 6 days a week 9:30am to 6:30pm
Skill Set Required :
- Should be very confident with approach and high on energy while meeting parents.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding personality
- Mature and smart to deal with parents and teacher partners.
