Job Description

About The Company:
InstaSpace is India’s 1st Platform for Booking Promotional &Short-Term Retail Spaces. We aim to organise the thousands of promotional and short-term retail spaces (for periods ranging from 1 day to 11 months) across venue categories like malls, corporates, hypermarkets, RWAs, cafes, gyms, multiplexes etc. to offer a wide range of pop-up locations to upcoming brands/start-ups as well as established brands at a single platform. Along with conventional spaces, we also plan to list unique spaces with clearly identified target audience like co-working spaces, amusement parks, entertainment zones, pubs etc. with the idea that any space from where revenue can be generated shouldn’t go underutilised.

Target Batch: 2020-2021

Probation/Training Period: 2-3 Months

Salary: During Training Period: INR 1.56 LPA - INR 1.8 LPA
              After Training Period: INR 2.64 LPA - INR 3 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
- Manage client discovery and establish first connect.
- Physically meet the customer or do an online meeting and give them a demo of our product to onboard.
- Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.
- Explain the tech product in detail. If needed, give them a product demo/training.
- Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.

Skill Set Required:
- Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of local or Area language will be preferred.
- Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate.
- Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role.
- College and grades are not selection criteria as long as you are sincere and hungry to learn.

Note:
- Virtual training – There Is no virtual training but on the job training.
