Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home visits
- Understand Student Academic issues to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Edmate Subscription as solution
- 30% inside sales, 70% Outdoor meetings with parents
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
