Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Verbal, Written, Listening and Presentation skills with proven MS suite expertise
-Internet savvy professional networking skills
-Sales support/ Inside sales/ Presales skills
-Head hunting skills to generate “leads with high probability conversion” in US, UK and European eLearning / Software services sales market
-Writing skills to build promotional Collateral/ Demo/ approach papers
-Operational skills in scheduling, organising and coordinating v-Conferencing, Ph-Conferencing and webX sessions
-Self-Learning skills / habit
-Create customer Leads and maintain it in a native or CRM Lead/Client database.
-Do research on eLearning Project/Product markets across US, UK, Europe, Middle-East, South East Asia and Australia.
-Understand and sight potential Customer Leads and deliver qualified Customer Leads and thereon support any which way the Sales team to build them from there to Shortlisting, RFI/RFP and client acquisition phases.
-Understand Sales team needs and have all the data and information on customer Leads kept in an organised way to enable Sales focus on selling and procuring project/product clients.
-Be in touch with eLearning domain trends and events and proactively sharing the same with Sales team. Create and implement focussed email campaign and do follow-up on the respondents till desired objectives are reached.
-Make quick and relevant presentation of relevant data, information and potential client profiles gathered from research and exploration and deliver relevant research and potential client dockets
-Do analysis of relevant data and information and help enable inferences and action plans.
-Plan, implement client cold calls, client phone conferences, client Webx sessions, client video calls and similar activities.
-Arrange client call schedules of Head of Sales.
-Prepare and create promotional content and collaterals.
-Assist Sales with necessary writing support at RFI/RFP phase.
-Represent company in best possible at all interactions and meeting.
-Provide support to Sales team in maintaining sale pipeline and forecasts.
-Taking ownership and accountability of targets and work delivery.
-Be energetic and presentable at all times.
