Job Profile: Business Development- Assistant Manager

Job Location: Gurgaon

Desired experience- 0-1 Year

Course Specialization- MBA-Marketing, Other Graduates- if experienced

Batch- 2015-2016

Training/Probation Period- 6 Months

Salary- INR 1.8 LPA + Incentives (Reviewed after 6 months)

Bond- None

Tentative Interview Date*- Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Tentative Date of Joining- Immediate

Job Description:

-Primarily sell services to potential clients and then pass info to the Project team.

-Staying in touch till the project stays with us.

-She would be required to make tele calls and then visit offices for meetings scheduled for business development.

-Reporting directly to the Founder, this position holds importance as the primary selling point between us and the clients.

-The candidate would be groomed take up the role of Business Development Manager in 6-12 months

-The position may require the candidate to visit clients offices when required (2-3 times a week) within office hours to discuss project progress.

 

Skill Set Required:

-MBA Marketing

-Female candidate with good English Communication

-Willing to learn new things every day

-Basic knowledge of internet and social media

-Good email communication skills

-Keen eye for detail

-Good interpersonal skills

Dress code at work: Western formals - shirt and skirt; well groomed 

 

Interview Process-

- Telephonic Round

- Face to Face round
