Job Description and Skills Required :
-Responsible for developing sales for various products/services of the business; with a focus on customers.
-Regular and daily interaction with Customers for sourcing new business and addressing issues arising out of services provided.
-Manages daily activities of the sales support function.
-Participate and present in client meetings.
-Responsible for execution of the Leads generated.
-Generating suitable leads as per the Business Requirement
-Conducting Client Meetings and follow-ups whenever necessary as directed by the Head of Sales/Business Development Head
-Oversees workflow of all sales processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics.
-Initiates and tracks orders to completion. Assists with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals.
-May handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints.
-Develops and implements sales plan with external distributors (if appointed by the business) to increase sales volume.
-Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
-Continuous feedback to management about developments in market and market intelligence.
