Skills/ Technical:

- English, Hindi, Punjabi (read, write, speak)

- Should have expertise / knowledge of Internet, email, search, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PPT etc.)

- Experience in any kind of ERP system will be preferable.

- Should have knowledge of Marketing and relevant experience.

Job Profile/ Responsibilities:

- Existing database sorting of industries in nearby regions.

- Sending marketing emails to all prospects in database at regular intervals with various service offers.

- Generation of leads by cold calling and visiting prospects in nearby areas like Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Baddi,Nalagarh, Parwanoo, Kalka, Kharar, Chanalon, Kala Amb, Ludhiana, Patiala etc.

- Reviewing the existing ERP shortcomings of the prospects and identifying needs for offering an improved ERP system of RedAlkemi.

- Prospect analysis – Company size, nature of manufacturing etc.

- Organizing meetings with the directors / IT heads of the prospects with the CEOs of RedAlkemi.

- Making proposals in coordination with the CEO and sending them to the prospects.

- Preparing prospect call cards sheets and updating them regularly and noting down the next action points for efficient follow-ups.

- Marking & updating the diary of the CEO of appointments set and action points.

- Would be responsible for working on files and documents related to ERP marketing.

- Updating the website of RedAlkemi ERP using the admin dashboard, as per content discussed with the CEO.
