Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Document requirements clearly and cohesively such that a variety of audiences both technical and nontechnical may comprehend them.
-Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional feature specifications including ability to quantify / qualify the degree to which a feature addresses the desired business outcomes.
-Document functional and non-functional feature specifications using a variety of methods including user stories, use cases, and diagrams.
-Create and support client-facing presentations to enable solution development, use case development, any additional client education and engagement materials as needed.
-Create, maintain and communicate status reports to stakeholders.
-Act as champion and Voice of the Customer representing the stakeholders within the project.
-Act as a communication bridge between the technical and business domains of a project.
-Partnering with technical team to assist with design decisions and estimates for project tasks and change requests.
-Coordinating user acceptance testing sessions.
-Verify that requirements are testable and generate testing objectives. Ensure functional specifications are sound, efficient and support company goals.
-Coordinate input, consensus and approvals from business partners regarding functional and system requirements.
-Access Infinite Campus product customer data and customer infrastructure adhering to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines
