Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with the business stakeholders in order to understand their problems and needs.
- Document and analyze the business needs and requirements.
- Produce a project definition/project initiation document clearly defining scope and project objective.
- Resolving complex requirement conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Evaluate Clients feedback to develop quality improvement processes and streamline the existing processes.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Serve as the conduit between the users and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- Develop requirements specifications such as Business Requirements Document, use cases, wire-frames UI side, process flows according to standard templates, using natural language.
- Must be able to develop and gauge user priorities and values on new feature requests while keeping development resource velocity in mind.
- Overall Testing of the Final Product delivered to the stakeholdrs as per the Documentation done.
- Post-Sales Engagement Management with the clients

Skill Set Required:
- Able to actively manage and prioritize multiple activities at the same time
- Must have excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Will interact with business users and managers and all levels of IT
- Business knowledge of content management systems
- Comfortable to work in multiple domain environment
