Internship Period: 6 months
Salary:
During Internship: 3800 Per Month
After Internship: INR 2.27 LPA
(The final CTC will be depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)
Course Specialization: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA
Date of Joining: Immediate
Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

-Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration
-Promote detailed communication and sharing of information among overall Technical Support and Engineering Support organizations
-Take ownership for, and respond to client escalations as appropriate.
-Assist in driving overall infrastructure initiatives
-Be an example and a technical resource to the team
-Develop project proposals
-Resolve issues in a timely manner
Eligibility:
-Should possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
-Candidate with working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and basics of SQL queries will be preferred
