Job Description & Skill Set Required:

- Expertise in gathering requirements and Estimation techniques.

- GAP Analysis and mapping client/business requirements and providing customized specifications.

- Preparing Functional document for approved Requirement.

- Engaging directly with customers and meeting with Client for approval of Requirement gathered and its sign-off.

- Knowledge Transfer to the development team on Functional Specifications.

- Formulating RTM for the project plan.

- Well versed in preparing functional test scenarios and test specifications.

- Ensuring completion of deliverables as per function requirement and quality.

- Designing templates for Training, Support and Implementation.

- Finalizing on User Interface and Functional Flow as per the approved requirement.

- Providing comprehensive solutions, considering impacts on other modules, external systems and interfaces.

- Training end users and managing acceptance.

- Documenting and institutionalizing business processes to increase the effectiveness of the system.

- Willing to travel to client location on need basis.

- Good knowledge and experience into Banking/Financial Domain (BFSI) - Portfolio management/Mutual Funds / Equity/ NPS/ Insurance is must.

- Excellent communication skills.
