- Provide oversight and leadership on large projects. Clearly communicate technical issues (and tradeoffs) to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Engage in hands-on programming tasks with the team to ensure that the final deliverable helps the client meet its business objectives.
- Actively participate in the open source community, contributing or maintaining modules/projects and speaking at open source conferences/events.
- Provide expertise in developing and maintaining code repositories create UI templates with APIs. Participate in technical and peer review processes,
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs,
- Provide technical solutions
- Contribute to RFI and RFP
- Prepare estimates
- Timely and satisfactory completion RFI and RFP related activities
- All communications should be acknowledged within 24 hours
- Prepare estimates with sufficient granularity and application of metrics
- Work X RFPs per year
- RFPs to order ratio
- % of orders lost due to non suitable technical solution
Skills Set Required:
- Should have experience in Bidding Portals like Odesk, Elance, Freelancer, Guru and PPH.
- Candidate should have proven experience and excellent track record with medium and large size projects.
- Should be above to achieve revenue targets for mobile apps, web development & web app
- Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.
- Should have hands on experience of dealing with US/UK clients.
- Must be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
