Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Analysis and documentation of business requirements & SRS
- Consider the different viewpoints and needs of clients and build effective relationships
- Bridging the gap in domain understanding between the client and technical team. Translating the business requirements into actual project plan
- Delivering BA artifacts such as Project Plan Documentation, Project Initiation Document, User stories, Use cases, Process flows, Production release document, System validation Document
- Creating Use Cases, User Interface Designs, Report Specifications, Print Specifications and System to System Interface
- Estimate time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress towards delivery goals throughout the project
- Working with the development team to get the bugs fixed
- Creating Change Request Documents
- Analyzing the change request and co-coordinating the changes required with the development team
- Preparing different reports like: Signoff report, Root Cause Analysis Report, Gap Analysis Document
- Identified and communicated risks and possible solutions
- Ensure the solution delivers the requirements by deploying acceptance tests
- Creating Detailed Requirement Design Documents (DRD)
- Data Element Mapping and creating of Business Rules
- Present results to management, including solution approach with respect to technical dependencies
