Job description:
- To work closely with the Business Heads for smooth Operations.
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders at all levels of the organization using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
- Collate, develop and design reports from various systems and analyse the results for the management team and business unit heads for their decision-making.
- Maintain a running database for all the data collated and refresh the same on timely basis.
- Research, identify, and specify solutions to problems from the business perspective.
- Support requirements management and change management processes.
Profile Expectation:
- Any Graduate (preferably MBA/ B.Com / BBA / BBM) with 70% and above throughout academics.
