About Us: Easypolicy.com is a leading insurance ecommerce website. It offers product, price and feature comparison for different kinds of insurance like Life insurance, Term insurance, Health Insurance, Car insurance, Travel insurance etc. The company is more than 5 years old in insurance space.Online buying of Insurance has been getting popular by leaps and bounds in India and abroad. In fact in countries like UK, US and even countries like Brazil, buying of insurance online has been adopted by more than 50% of the insurance buyers. The website is visited by half a million people on a monthly basis and customers leave their contact details with Easypolicy for someone to explain the features and suggest a plan that suits his or her requirements and price comfort levels. In India, Insurance is sold on trust and it is important that Easypolicy representatives are able to generate that trust so as to enable sales.

Salary Details: 

First three months: INR 12000 PM

Fourth month onwards: INR 15000 PM and CTC is 4 LPA

Desired Experience: 0.6 - 3 Years

Tentative Date Of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Tentative Date Of  Joining: First week of august.

Job Description: 

Understand Insurance in detail (suitable training will be provided).

Provide online/on-call customer support on portal.

Analyze the customer requirement in detail.

Accordingly present the suitable plan.

Resolving queries over the phone.

Skills Required: Excellent communication Skills(english, hindi both), No MTI, sharp, confident.

Interview Process: Telephonic, Skype, face to face, GD (any of the 2 rounds).
