Salary: Rs. 3.60 LPA. (1.8LPA Fixed Upto 1.8LPA Variable on Revenue Targets)

Bond: 1 Year. (Documentary Bond)

Interview Process:

Skill Required:

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent inter-personal skills.
• Logical thought process.
• Possess management and business acumen as required for the position.
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to foster an effective team environment
• Ability to establish and maintain goodwill with clients.
• Ability to work in dynamic environment of start-ups.
• Must have the basic knowledge of various sports disciplines.
• Minimum qualification graduation, Post-Graduation will be preferred

Job Profile:

• Primarily revenue generating i.e. Sales / Marketing Profile.
• Shall be responsible for 2-3 clients (called as business accounts) of the company.
• Shall be required to identify new business opportunities within the account and do necessary cross-selling and up-selling of various services offered by the company.
• Shall be responsible for meeting the revenue targets with required profitability.
• Responsible to maintain relationship with clients at different levels.
• Shall be required to manage the deployed operations team at client site.
• Managing day-to-day operations and addressing all the problems of the account.
• Periodically maintaining and updating account records with changes.
• Periodic reporting and feedback to the management for the review purpose.
