Job Description:
- Setting Team revenue Targets for the Team.
- Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.
- Cross selling of products (Insurance, Demat account, Trading accounts)
- Handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Suggesting the Clients regarding market scenario.
- Coordinating with the RMS to find out the Margin shortfall requirements of the Clients.
- Assisting the Relationship managers for important Business calls or meetings.
- Distributing leads to the Team.
- Allocating the Clients to the Team depending upon their capabilities.
- Interacting personally with Teams Clients to help in revenue generation as well as margin collection.
Education:
B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA, MBA
