Salary Details: INR 2.2 LPA - INR 3.5 LPA

Responsible for overall branch operations, sales, collections.
Manage the portfolio, growth and thus make the branch profitable.
Building efficient business model including setting up distribution channels i.e. DSAs, Referrals and explore other opportunities of growth.
Maintains the TAT as per company policy, ensure customer delight & experience.
Meet companies expectations in terms of Quality of Assets & Targets (self & team)
Check & Verify the files, conduct FI & PD and TVR, Ref. checks.
Coordinate with Advocates for search reports & Property Valuators.
Recruit, coach and mentor the sales team. Assign their targets and look upon their productivity. Tackle their all sorts of issues.
