Job Description:

- Employee Engagement: Design employee engagement programs and roll-out across the organization.

- Formulate and rollout succession planning and career path related initiatives.

- Work out people strategy for the zone and derive new organization design for better governance.

- Develop and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes like database management etc.

- To develop and implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team spirited environment.

- Ensure Statutory Compliant status at all times

- Communicate with employees and business heads for better alignment

- Be astute to handle dynamics at the workplace and help employees to overcome crisis situation

- Should be agile, motivated and a learner of life.
