Roles and Responsibilities:
- Doing Out-bound calls as per the leads receive from the support team.
- Calling out customer and making sales pitch to prospective clients
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly lead generation target.
- Calling up customers and explaining about the projects.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a project.
- Answer questions about focus projects of the company & fix meetings.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate requirement and fix the meeting with the sales team.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
- Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
- Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
- Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
- Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
