Job Description:

Responsible for Answering calls politely and professionally from International Clients.

Responsible to taking feedback and negotiating with Clients.

Retention.

Billing the Client for their ongoing/ previously resolved Technical Issue.

Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts.

Relevant Training will be provided to the candidates.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication Skills.

Flexible to do any task at any given time period.

Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP, Windows 7 & etc.

Basic Knowledge of Laptop, PC troubleshooting, Internet and Networking.
