Job Description:

-Looking for an Experienced Bidder who have relevant experience of Bidding IT Projects on websites oDesk, elance, Freelancer, GURU, Getacoder etc.

-Must have min 1 years of exp. in IT Company as Bidder

-Relevant Experience : Business Requirement Gathering.Presales Management.Preparing Response for RFQ/RFI/RFP.Preparing Business Cases and Doing extensive Market Research.Preparing marketing collaterals, Presentations & Business Requirement DocumentsBid Management on websites like Odesk.com, Elance.com, Freelancer.com & others.

-End-to-End Bid Management Process

-Regular Interaction and Co-ordination Multiple Stakeholders of the Proposal/opportunity and assisting them by preparing bid responses.

-Take full control and responsibility for the production of proposals and assist Centralized Bid Management in ensuring successful conclusion in line with RFP Requirements

-Recording, analyzing and managing issues, risks, clarifications and dependencies during the bid

-Continued activity and responsibility to raise the standard and quality of bids to increase bid win ratio.

-Confirming that the proposal is deemed acceptable from the perspectives of Commercial, Estimation, Human Resources

-Partner interaction for specific opportunities and driving the partner in receiving the deliverable\'s as per the RFP Requirements

-Generate Business from LinkedIn & Channel Partnership with other IT Companies.

-Candidate would be a Key Member in Centralized Bid Management Team based Offsite & must work from his home with Excellent Internet Connection.
